CampusEAI is not for everybody. Although CampusEAI is growing rapidly, the organization still enjoys a small company feel where there is little corporate hierarchy and everyone wears several hats. The organization’s emphasis on timely, quality delivery and cost containment translates into an extremely hands-on, fast-paced environment.

CampusEAI’s recruitment policy is non-discriminatory. CampusEAI staff represents a multicultural, multiethnic diversity including Russian, Indian, Chinese, African, American, and Caucasian. CampusEAI has engineering centers in the USA and India and recruits talent in locations from Cleveland to Bejing to Gurgaon. Dozens of languages are spoken by CampusEAI staffers, from Cantonese to Telugu. As CampusEAI expands its team, it continues to look for those who share an obsessive commitment to helping our members rapidly and cost effectively implement and use information technology while having a great time doing it.

Members of the CampusEAI staff range in age from 20 to 65. The balance of raw talent and experienced professionals gives CampusEAI the correct balance for success. CampusEAI's human resources policy is based on meritocracy. It is not unusual to find a 35 year-old engineer reporting to a 25 year-old department head. This system of meritocracy also allows for employees to accelerate their careers technically and financially at their own pace.

CampusEAI does not have cubicles or closed offices. All CampusEAI staff sits together in a command center seating arrangement to facilitate communication, collaboration, teamwork, knowledge sharing, and learning. Although CampusEAI has offices around the world, CampusEAI operates as one team. It is not uncommon for a staff member in CampusEAI-India to have his or her team lead and direct report in CampusEAI-USA or vice-versa. CampusEAI also transplants staff from one CampusEAI office to another CampusEAI office on short-term and long-term assignments as another means to facilitate communication, collaboration, teamwork, knowledge sharing, and learning.
