June 07, 2011 - Jenzabar®, a leading provider of software, strategies and services, has partnered withCampusEAI Consortium®, a global information technology services and consulting provider,to provide 24x7x365 Help Desk Services, Cloud Hosting and NetworkMonitoring Services.

The myCampus WCMS provides a comprehensive suite of tools for the content management lifecycle including content creation, content editing, content publishing and content archival, including:

    24x7x365 Help DeskServices provides full technical support to institutions, allowing on-site IT personnel the opportunity to focus on more localized needs.
  • Cloud Hosting Services
    CloudHosting Services utilize the CampusEAI® Cloud to provide 24x7x365 secure, high performance availability for institutions’ vitalapplications and systems. Cloud Hosting Services are based out of the CampusEAI Datacenter, which provides full security for critical systems.
  • Network Monitoring Services
    Network Monitoring Services providesinstitutions with24x7x365 surveillance of vital system components, powered by CampusEAI®’s Network Operating Center (NOC) to ensure institutions maintain reliable and secure network connections for students, faculty and staff.

  • Identity & Access Management Services
    Identity & Access Management streamlines login credentials and permissions for enterprise applications, allowing institutions to more efficiently secure resources. Identity & Access Management also provides institutions with login credential storage for students, faculty and staff.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Hosting Services
    LMS Hosting services utilizes the CampusEAI Cloud to allow institutions to benefit from the functionality of their LMS without the added expense and manpower required to implement and maintain it on campus.

  • Third Party Application Integration Services
    Third Party Application Integration utilizes the Central Authentication System® (CAS®) to provide a one-stop single sign-on to all Jenzabar® systems and also allows Jenzabar® users access to hundreds of applications and featureswith the use of a single login credential.
