Implementation

CampusEAI has packaged key services to help your institution implement Sakai. Based on extensive experience and best practices, we have bundled our services to facilitate a successful, rapid deployment. Our experts guide you through each phase of implementation, from planning to production. While each of these services may be purchased separately, investing in the full package is ideal to avoid the common pitfalls and ensure a seamless execution.

Customization and Integration

Why purchase an off-the-shelf product when you can make the myCampus CLE your own? Engage CampusEAI's experienced team to create a custom learning environment according to the unique needs of your institution. Our services team includes architects, development staff, and integration consultants who are open source systems experts with deep community and project knowledge.

Customization and Integration Projects

• Create new institutional tools and design custom enhancements
• Configure provisional tools, such as JForum or blogging, that are not included in the base tool set.
• Deliver a polished, visually appealing environment that follows the key principles of user experience design: useful, useable, desirable, findable, accessible, credible, and valuable.

Institutional tools have been developed by institutions for their own purposes. These tools, once donated back to the community, can be reused at no cost.

Provisional tools are maturing tools, but not yet considered to be an official part of the myCampus enterprise bundle and do not come enabled.

Base tools are included in every myCampus release.

Consulting and Mentoring

myCampus is a valuable asset to higher education institutions in creating a collaborative and learning environment for the online campus. CampusEAI provides knowledge and resources that are required in building out the myCampus CLE and ensuring myCampus's long-term success.

Consulting

CampusEAI's consulting services help in advising institutions on how to take full advantage of myCampus to meet their business objectives. CampusEAI offers institutions three consulting packages which consist of open consulting hours defined either during the sales cycle or with the CampusEAI Project Manager at the beginning of the project. We rely on our software engineering and systems integration expertise to offer consulting and custom development services. These services assist customers with projects such as a major migration from other LMS solutions to myCampus. CampusEAI's consulting packages consist of silver, gold, and platinum.

Mentoring

General myCampus mentorship affords institutions access to a CampusEAI developer-consultant experienced in working with myCampus. This consultant provides general mentorship and consulting support, answers questions, helps staff to execute on development and configuration tasks, performs research and produces documentation as requested. Mentorship assists in knowledge transfer to grow an institution's expertise in the development of the myCampus collaborative and learning environment and for maintaining the myCampus instance.
